Terms of service

These terms apply when you use findagent.asia. Please read them before submitting an enquiry. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
What this service is
FindAgent is an introduction service. We collect details of what you want to do with a property and pass them to a small number of real estate agents we believe are a good fit. We are not a real estate agency acting for you, we do not market or value your property ourselves, and we are not a party to any agency agreement, tenancy or sale contract you go on to sign.
What we do and do not promise
We aim to match you with agents who have completed transactions in your area and property type, and who work in the language you select. We do not guarantee that an agent will contact you, that your property will sell or let, or that it will achieve any particular price or timeframe. Any figure, estimate or market comment given by us or by a matched agent is an opinion, not a valuation or professional advice.
Your responsibilities
You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you are entitled to give it. If you submit another person’s contact details, you confirm you have their permission. Do not use the service to send unlawful, misleading or abusive content, and do not use it to harvest agent details for your own marketing.
Fees
The service is free to property owners, buyers and tenants. We receive a referral fee from an agent’s brokerage if a transaction completes. This does not change the commission you agree with your agent. Any fees you owe an agent are a matter between you and them, under whatever agreement you sign with them.
Agents in the network
We screen agents on company registration and completed transaction history before they can receive enquiries. Screening is not an endorsement, a guarantee of performance, and not professional or legal advice about who to instruct. You should carry out your own checks before signing anything. FindAgent is operated by the same company as FazWaz, and some agents in the network are FazWaz agents.
Our liability
We provide the service with reasonable care but do not accept liability for the acts, omissions, advice or performance of any agent we introduce, for any loss arising from a transaction, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Your data
How we handle personal data, and the rights you have under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act, are set out in our privacy policy. In short: we share your enquiry with the agents we match you to so they can contact you, and we do not sell your data.
Content on this site
The text, layout and branding on this site belong to us. Location photography is used under Creative Commons licences and is credited on the photo credits page. Some illustrative imagery is digitally generated and does not depict real customers, agents or properties.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version, and continuing to use the service means you accept the version then published. These terms are governed by Thai law and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction.
