We send a small number of qualified enquiries to agents who can show they sell in the area. If that is you, here is exactly how it works.
How it works

You apply
Tell us which areas and property types you actually transact in, which languages you work in, and your company registration. We verify before anything is switched on.

We match on results
When an enquiry comes in for your area and property type, we shortlist the strongest fit on completed transaction history. Position cannot be bought.

You take it from there
We make the introduction and step back. The client relationship is yours, and so is the commission structure you agree with them.
The fee
There is no subscription and no cost per lead. We are paid a referral fee by your brokerage only if a transaction completes. If nothing completes, we are not paid.
- No monthly fee and no charge for receiving an enquiry.
- Referral fee is payable on completion only, agreed in writing before you receive enquiries.
- The client pays their normal commission. Our fee comes out of the brokerage side, not on top.
What we look for
- A registered company, not an individual introducer.
- Verifiable completed transactions in the areas you want enquiries for.
- Someone who answers the phone. Speed to first contact decides most of these.
- A language capability we can match against, beyond English.
