About FindAgent
We match property owners, buyers and tenants in Thailand with agents who have actually transacted in their area. It is free to use and there is no obligation to sign with anyone we introduce.
Why we built it
Search for a real estate agent in Thailand and you get a page of paid advertising. Nothing on that page tells you who has sold in your building, who is a registered brokerage, or who can handle the paperwork in your language.
The information exists. It is just not pointed at the person who needs it most, which is the owner deciding who to trust with the largest asset they own.
So we built the shortlist we wanted: registered brokerages, screened on completed transactions, ranked on results in a specific area and property type, and filtered by the language you want to do business in.
Who operates this site
FindAgent is operated by the same company as FazWaz, a Thai property brokerage. Some of the agents we match you with are FazWaz agents. We think you should know that before you use the service, not after. It does not change how the shortlist is built: every agent, FazWaz or not, has to earn a place on verified completed transactions in your area. If you would prefer not to be introduced to them, say so in the form and we will leave them out.
How we make money
The service is free for owners, buyers and tenants. We are paid a referral fee by the agent’s brokerage, and only if a transaction eventually completes. It does not change the commission you agree with your agent, and it does not buy an agent a higher position on your shortlist.
