Is FindAgent really free?
Yes. Our service is completely free for property owners, buyers and tenants. There is no fee to get matched and no obligation to work with any agent we introduce. We are paid a referral fee by the agent's brokerage only if a transaction eventually completes, and it never changes the commission you pay.
How do you choose which agents to match me with?
We rank agents on verified transaction history in your specific area, experience with your property type, the languages they work in, and their responsiveness. We shortlist the strongest fit rather than whoever pays the most. Agents cannot buy a higher ranking.
How many agents will contact me?
Usually two or three, so you have a real comparison without being overwhelmed. If you'd rather speak to just one, tell us in the form and we'll send only your best match.
How quickly will I hear back?
Most people are matched within a few hours, and almost everyone within 24 hours. Requests submitted late at night or over a Thai public holiday can take a little longer.
Do the agents speak my language?
That's a core part of the match. Our agent network works in English, Thai, Russian, Chinese, German and French among others, and we only shortlist agents who work in the language you select.
What happens to my personal data?
We share your enquiry only with the agents we match you to, so they can contact you about your property. We never sell your data to third parties or advertisers. You can ask us to delete your data at any time under Thailand's PDPA — see our privacy policy for details.
